Mr. Bania leads our business development, licensing and research teams at CONSOR. During his tenure, he has performed extensive work relating to all types of intellectual property including trademarks, brands, patents, copyrights, domain names and other information technology assets. His broad-based skills enable him to be a valuable resource on a wide array of client assignments encompassing royalty rate studies, litigation support services, and valuation and disposition projects.

Mr. Bania has ten years of business management and marketing experience in the intellectual property industry. He is dedicated to helping clients establish and build the value of their intellectual property and is very effective at creating successful licensing plans while maintaining competitive focus and minimizing risk. Mr. Bania is very effective at determining market strengths and values as well as identifying extension opportunities and issues for new or established brands.

Mr. Bania earned his Masters degree in Telecommunications, Film and New Media Production from San Diego State University and is also a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP).
