We are seeking a dependable, hard-working, Analyst with strong accounting background.  The candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting, valuation/financial analysis experience in positions with increasing challenge and responsibility.

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Accounting
• Financial modeling/ planning experience
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Expert in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Budgeting and investment analysis
• Forecasting and variance reporting
• Cost Accounting and statistics
• Project management experience
• Experience with contracts and handling legal documents

Responsibilities: 

• Collect information from different business areas and build complex accounting/ financial models to provide insight to underlying business dynamics. 
• Assist on special financial and business related studies as needed to support project objectives.
• Apply financial principles to develop market values for trademarks and brands, patents and technology, copyrights, logos, domain names and internet assets, and other intangible assets.
• Participate in the various phases of research, analysis, and presentation of financial data related to intellectual property valuation and litigation support.


• Create client reports and PowerPoint presentations.


• Coordinate with client’s management team in the preparation of analyses to identify improvement opportunities that can provide positive results to the bottom line.


• Handle multiple ad hoc projects across the company.
